Unlock 23rd century appearance for Klingons and Gorn?

^How?

I thought it was suppose to be done by playing a TOS faction toon until level ten or the Caleb IV mission or something but i do not have those available.
Can someone explain this to me.

You need to complete the battle of Caleb IV. You may need to replay it if you played it right after it was released, because the fix to get the appearance rewards came later. Also, still no news about the Gorn outfit.

Also, the appearances are only for KDF characters. KDF Boffs for Fed characters through Diplomacy rank 4 are unaffected.

Replay it? Nuts. Yeah i only played it in July.

I suppose it won't effect lib borg klingons then.

So i replayed Caleb IV mission on my TOS (ruled the hell outta of it too kicked klingon azz hard and they had to kill me at 100% heath)
and it did not unlock 23c appearance for klingons or gorn. Epic fail.

    What else?

I noticed during Character Creation there is no 23c gorn available, however once my gorn got to first city, It was there in the tailor. Try looking at head tab should be there under category. I did notice that the body and clothing options are not there, it is possible that I have not explored all areas looking for it though.

This was on the known issues list for a while (just Gorn however), and then dropped with no fixed noted in any patch notes.

Don't count on it ever being fixed and move on.

I'm a little lost here, is there a 23c Klingon head option?!?! If so ... do Lib. Klingon Borg have it as well?

At the tailor choose Head Type "humanoid" then set ridges to "None", choose regular hair style.
    If I recall correctly.
Don't know if Borg can do it though.

    Update:
I found it. After i started a klingon and skipped the tutorial and i got to Kronos the tailor there had the 23c options. Also gorn. But no 23c options for lib borg klingon im affraid, was hoping for that.

Well shucks, that explains (Lib. Borg) why I couldn't find it. Thanks for the info! I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed for that option, later down the road.

I guess the logic is that the borg couldnt have Assimilated klingons in the 23rd century because the borg wasnt in the alpha quadrant yet. Hence no 23c lib borg klingons.

Or it was just a typical dev oversight.

I'm hoping the Gorn unlocks get fixed soon. I'm looking forward to that. Also, I thought we were supposed to get 23c Orion costumes unlocks, too.

Since we're on the subject, the devs specifically mentioned a 23c Tellarite "costume" in addition to 23c head. I have the head but there ain't no "costume" of any kind.

That's purchaseable from the C-Store along with 23c Andorian and Vulcan costumes.

I have a backstory for that ... LOL! In short ... my toon was an original Klingon augment and along with his crew, were placed on a prototype D4 (Koro't'inga) sleeper ship and sent out to unknown space, only to get assimilated many years later, while in stasis. Augment physiology and Borg tech made them impervious to aging as well as preventing the virus from becoming fatal. They returned as individuals, in their heavily Borg modified D4.

Now that I have a chance to loot that D7, I can use that Koro't'inga ship skin with the Borg visuals. I'm pretty excited!

I understand there is a purchasable tellarite costume in the c-store. But that is what their patch notes said, i am going off from that. An unlockable Tellarite "costume" along with the head and all the other unlockable 23c stuff.

    Please.

Although the same logic would apply as with the liberated borg - if that was the intention. We have diplomatic relationships with today's gorn. Yeah, a bit more sketchy, and probably a bug either way.

You also have to be a lifetimer to create liberated Borg alts, so for the 200$ we paid it would be nice to get this feature.
