Are they ever going to link console to pc so we can at least get the perks?

They are never going to link the console to the PC. It is just not possible with Sony and Microsoft having to approve each patch. Although, it depends on which perks you mean if they will become available to the console. Event ships are possible if they are added to the Lobi Store or able to grind them, but that would be something that is added to the PC and console.

    They said they wouldn't.

If you want to play on PC, XBox, and PS4, you'll need to set up 3 seperate accounts (one for each system), and nothing from one will transfer to another, that includes the exchange.

Doubt they'll change this later, but PS4/XBox might.

well that just killed my reasoning for even playing on my xb1. i worked hard to get my pc account up to a decent level and i cant use it on my xb1? just wasted all that time downloading it to not be able to use my special cstore stuff, total waste of time

Well, you could have read the eleventy threads here on this subject first before downloading, that would have saved the time and the time to post :)

Now you know. And knowing is half the battle!

Sure thing about the Money Hungry part, on XB1 we DON'T even get the ARC BONUSSES when buying ZEN :(

But, on the other hand, Rebuilding everything on the XB1 version is fun, different UI, different controls, was a little stressfull at the start but it comes along after a while. It's Just sad, REAL SAD, that they don't allow trading between the accounts. It sure would attract more players (MONEY) to the XB1 version... Let's just say it is a MISSED opportunity for ARC, Cryptic and PWE.

The content on Consoles is 6 months behind PC. That's one of the main reasons why they can't port your character as you'll have items that will probably crash your game because the data is not there! This is not just down to Arc, Cryptic and PWE, but also Sony and MS. Cryptic will have to pay them both for hosting the game on Sony/MS Servers, as well as commission payments from Zen transactions. In fact, it costs Cryptic more money than it does to just run it for PC!. There's also the fact that people would be running around with accounts that are way, way more advanced than anyone else who started on the Console alone. You are not being forced into playing only on Console, and you are not losing out on anything by sticking to the PC version. People need to stop beating a dead horse on this.
