If you buy ships in the C-Store do they always unlock for each of your characters to use or just one? I thought keys were just for one character, but I don't know how everything works.
Mainly I am interested in the new Vizier ship right this minute. I have the code, but if I use it do I only get the ship for one of my guys? Also, if the code unlocks the ship, do I still have to buy it in game or is it "free" at that point?
I guess I am wondering on the Lifetime Membership too. Do you get all the perk items for each character you make old or new?

On PC, ship purchases in the c store are available to all characters on the account of the matching faction. You cant use a KDF ship on a fed toon.
Vizier is also an account unlock,
In game to claim a ship go to the store or a requisition officer find the ship and click claim. At the officer, the ships will have a cost of 0 zen just click buy.
Lifetime is also all account unlocks granted immediately on your next log in. (If your in game when you purchase it, log out completely then restart STO.)
Console is different a little bit like the Vizier is not available through it just yet.

C-store purchased ships should be available for all characters of factions that can use them (So, no KDF Raptors for Federation characters, for example, but Tiers1-4 KDF ships can be used by KDF-aligned Romulans)

My forum single-issue of rage: Make the Proton Experimental Weapon go for subsystem targetting!
LTS: Almost everything is an account-wide unlock and can be claimed by all characters including ones you create in the future. The only exception is that I think there is a T5 ship upgrade token that is account-bound but can only be claimed once.
I started on Xbox, but just started playing on PC this past weekend and plan to stay on the PC going forward to get the monthly Zen with the LTS. Now I just need to see when the next sale is.
When is the anniversary and what type of things would be expected, a ship like Q's Winter thing?
The free T6 starship would be the Lukari "Dorito" ship that won the voting contest last month. It is unknown exactly what type of ship it will be. But if you played Echoes of Light, then you should know that Captain Kuumaarke is rather scientifically inclined especially when you go planetside and she more or less orders you around.
Therefore, there is a very strong possibility that the Lukari "Dorito" will be either a science vessel or a cruiser with a Lt Cmdr science Boff station.
I wish that were the case as well because I have lots of items I would like from my console guy. At the same time, I have gotten a lot of great stuff on the PC as well so making the switch was not too bad.
As mentioned many times, the console is 6 months behind the PC. They would have to fast forward the timeline before they'd even consider cross-platform play between PC and Console. This gap gives them the chance of working out as many bugs as possible before releasing it to console as, as some have mentioned, Cryptic cannot do bug-fixes as regular on Console as they can do on PC.
