K13 Space weapons

Does anyone know if the K13 holding advanced space weapons have different visuals then the regular advanced fleet weapons?

    Yes, they're TOS themed visuals. Phasers will be blue with the TOS sounds, and you have an option on beams to have the classic split beam look.

    Well, unless they've bugged out, anyway.

    I would imagine they will have TOS phaser visuals instead of the normal phaser visuals. Complete with screeching, ear bleedingly loud sound effects.

    Yeah I know there are TOS phasers with different visuals then the regular phasers, but I was curious about the other energy types. The Plasma weapons or disruptors ...etc are their visuals different as well?

    I have the plasma cannons and they are smaller projectiles and a lighter green. Also sound a little bit different.

    Yeah, those sound and look different than regular Plasma and Disruptors. Disruptors are closer in looks to their regular ones, but kind of have a synth sounding 'ping' for hits. It's possible to get these 23C weapons as a drop from 23C enemies, so it's possible to find them on the Exchange (with lower rarity at drop, of course) to see the look and hear the sound of them. Though, there's no text in them to identify them as 23C, so you have to look through and look for Disrupter or Plasma weapons with different icons.

    The disruptors also have a bit of a distortion effect as they fire, kind of like Babylon 5 PPGs.
