Launcher/Log in still down 1:45 pm Pacific time (Nov 29)

Hi powers that be,

I know that Cryptic fixed some of the connection problems after the maintenance this morning (another thread said that everything was up and running for everyone).

Unfortunately this is not the case. I and a few other folks are still unable to get the Launcher to start. I have tried both through the regular desktop icon and through Arc. No go. I have tried both STO and Champions Online. Same issue. Launcher won't start and only the small "Trying to connect" box appears and stops after 20 attempts.

I don't use 'social media' so I don't know what is going on. (Is there a further fix coming? Does anyone at Cryptic know there is still an issue?, etc.) Any chance of getting some official word here on the official Forums? Thanks!

Im having the same issue, the responce back is

Since you were the first one I had you run through more troubleshooting steps, but in the last few hours I've spoken with a handful more users, all with CenturyLink, and all with the exact same issue, including not being able to even ping the cryptic domain. This is looking more and more like an issue on their end, and I think with multiple players like yourself all asking about it maybe something will get done.

Twitter says everything is up and working...No response (other than folks like you and myself still having issues) as to what is going on and when it should be fixed.... *sigh*

I have CenturyLink and am having the same problem at 5:06 PM US Central time.
