Unplayable lag

in Windows and General: PC, Network, and Other Technical Issues
For at least a week there have been situations where maps would take a long time to load and when entering a map movement would be near impossible. Since the most recent update this has become almost always. Can't play anything. Some other people seem to be moving along playing the game while I'm stuck in one place or being catapulted halfway across the map in an instant.

I'll stop playing a week or two and try again later, I guess.

    Of late map transitions on a whoe have been very slow..

    UPDATE: SNR's ARE BACK CLOCKING AT ANYWHERE BETWEEN 56-83+ SECONDS...
