Problem with Holodeck Version ST.66.20161016a.17?

in Star Trek Online General Discussion
Is anybody else having a problem getting into the game since the aforementioned game update? I just got my laptop back from repair (locked hard drive, corrupted OS) so the game needed to be reinstalled fresh - I've tried the Steam download, and the ARC download: all I keep getting with the last 10mb is "Error 2: File not found".

Could anybody offer any suggestions?

    When I think about everything we've been through together,

    maybe it's not the destination that matters, maybe it's the journey,

     and if that journey takes a little longer,

    Ah, thanks guys.

    Note to self: Learn to Read and look for other forum posts with similar/the same issues as yourself.

    I did the same thing as you. But yeah, to sum up, we got confirmation that the devs know about it. Now to see if they can fix the game they want us to buy things from.
