You guys are going to lose so many console players, my fleet had 400 members 3 weeks ago, 100 of them have rage quit due to no new content, then you release all this stuff that is supposed to be in game, and guess what, no implementation...da TRIBBLE? I don't usually ever complain about games, but even I'm fed up at this point
the the new intel t6 is in the z store and the the fleet command t6 is in the ship requisition. so no fleet intel t6 or what. i now the stats are basicly the same but if i buy the intel non fleet will the fleet command cost one ore five ship modules.
4 different fleets all with over 200 people. All are angry with lack of support for the game, lack of customer service for the game, and blatant refusal to keep xustomers updated properly. They need to own up to their mistakes, tehy need to answer to their customers or else they will be fired. This game could crush them if they continue this road.

Yep, my fleet, with 250 members is bout done... its sad really, all they need to do is keep us console players informed... They tell us in the Mirror Invasion announcement we are going to have an update today... so far, no update (PC has a patch woohoo!!!), no word except "shortly," which was 16 hours ago... wth...
Oh how wonderful! I've seen more transparency from Tholians than the development team. I was hoping to see my fleet members get online for once and its still just me and some other guy.
Thanks Arc. If you want my wallet, its in the badlands now until the update comes through. Done purchasing items from you guys until you start talking.

agreed
yes I agree as well.
unfortunately without facts or an understanding of why they are being cryptic about it.many are left to come up with their own conclusions. my theory is that whatever patch they came up with didn't pass certification and they had to hold it back on the other console. that means we have to wait 10 more days.
I as well will not be spending another cent until I get the rest of the game.i was planning on buying something to help out with duty officers and perhaps another ship for the admiriality system. unfortunately I don't feel like grinding out my romulian even though its 57. running a t5 pos when my main cant share his...isn't fun.
anyways it sure would be nice if someone that is tasked with speaking to the customers...actually speaks to us and tells us whats up.
My favorite excuse is this: "do you want the devs to stop working on the problem and update twitter?" My response is, no, I expect a PR person to do that... like the one who keeps writing announcements that will cost us real money - i.e. the new lock boxes coming out.
So 17:30 UTC by the looks of it (same as GMT at present)
Edit:- Can't believe I've played Star Trek Online for all these years, and this was my first forum post lol
GMT is a time zone officially used in some European and African countries. The time can be displayed using both the 24-hour format (0 - 24) or the 12-hour format (1 - 12 am/pm).
UTC is not a time zone, but a time standard that is the basis for civil time and time zones worldwide. This means that no country or territory officially uses UTC as a local time.

So what does that mean exactly? Is there still a possibility for them to release it tonight?
I mean, I can understand how they need to pay their staff and other bills when it comes to lockboxes. But if they can make a decent living and and afford X amount of staff members for specific tasks and platforms. The least......the VERY LEAST....they can do is have someone visit the forums every hour at least.
I help organise a fleet on the PS4. Everyone was looking forward to an update and possibly a fix to atleast the bugged tailor that makes about 20% of the C-Store garbage useless. You can pay for it but not use it. We are going to loose alot of members and I REALLY do not want to think of an excuse for this one. You know if people paid for this game they could and WOULD sue you people for posting stuff that was in it and not deliver on your word. It is known as FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I know we did not pay for this, but it is still a pretty bad business plan

I'm part of your fleet I think. Ever since the last update, the numbers have diminished so rapidly. I won't be surprised if they will get sued. Lets just say that it DOES show up at 17:30 UTC, what next? An apology?
If history has shown from other developers who are as opaque as Cryptic devs are, then we aren't getting ANY explanation. Just moving on while collecting our money for their next endeavour.
Done done and DONE! Tweeted some of the staff on Twitter. Not going to do much. Pretty sure of that. Facebook is clearly showing people not very content with their practices.
> @skullblits#4627 said: > I hear xbox live is having problems's. so it's been delayed for all of us
Its not a matter of being delayed. Its a matter of them being completely SILENT about this. If there was a delay, its more courteous to its players REGARDLESS of platform they choose to play their game, about the unexpected delays, pushback or just downright cancellations.
Your making a huge mistake, console players wont put up with the BS pc players do.
If you wont this to work on consoles i'd suggest you keep players informed.
Its bad enough you said we were getting 6yrs of content, yet we dont have half of that, now we were ment to get an update but didnt and you dont say a single thing?
Communicating with your players is more important than posting about some TRIBBLE lock boxes.
Buck up or it will fail on consoles,it already is going by today.
All the Cryptic staff are probably too busy down the pub having a booze up, spending all the bonuses they've earnt from flogging useless lock boxes to unsuspecting sto players well played Cryptic, well played!
They are going to learn the hard way when it comes to messing with consoles players. The numbers will diminish, and its just going to be over. It's upsetting to see how opaque these guys are. A little transparency would be nice.

YES!!!! THAT'S IT!!!
> They are more than happy to advertise the new (ripoff) lockboxs but not reply to us
I've opened at least 50 of them. And never got any ships. Whats the percentage anyways for lockboxes? I have about 75 more Kelvin Timeline Lockboxes.
though not really relevant to this thread... I have opened enough boxes to have 2000 lobi (avg. 5 lobi per box) and have gotten one lock box ship
nah, bought two dreadnoughts.. one to use and one to trade for a kelvin connie haha
