If you can't solve it logically, solve it like a moron.
51 + 1 Foundry Character Slots is NOT enough. Some of us love our characters. If I want to buy more character slots, why can't I? I couldn't experience the entire Delta Recruitment event without deleting a character.
The Iconians themselves can't time travel because their memories revert, but there is nothing to say an Iconian couldn't write everything she needed to do on a PADD, pin it to herself, travel back, read the PADD, do the tasks and return. Or just get one of her Non-Herald underlings to go back in time for her.

Oh yeah, I do Foundry missions for both KDFs and Feds. Just search KSTF (Short for Kinas Special Task Force, where Kinas is the name of the Admiral you will be serving under). The earlier ones are less story based and more combat based, while the later ones have a much heavier story element, but keep the large battles.

Thanks. Done it, means absolutely nothing to me. Will wait to see if Plan B (which is currently redownloading thursday's patch) works before sending it.
If you've ran one, does it mention cognetco at all?
Cos I'm having the same connection issues and when my connection is re-routed from virgin media to cognetco, then onto Cryptic, cognetco throws it's toys outta the pram.

Trace complete.
That's my tracert. If it means something to someone, then we may identify this issue.
Hopefully, whatever is causing it will be fixed shortly.
atlas.cognetco.com is the culprit.
Unfortunately, there's little that can be done about it.
I got a surprisingly quick response from Cryptic earlier, where they confirmed what I already suspected - that it's an issue with the isp to isp connections from us to cryptic being re-routed through cognetco. Neither us players or tech support at Cryptic's end have any say over how an isp handles their traffic and the only thing they and we can do is contact our respective ISPs. I've already contacted my ISP over the issue, since not being able to play MMOs over the weekend when there's nothing else going on is rather irritating. Still, Cryptic are aware of the issue.
I'd suggest doing what I've done - open a ticket with support and copy/paste a tracert into notepad and upload that in your ticket. The more tracerts, the better chance they'll have at successfully raising the issue with their own isp, maybe.
According to what I have gotten from VM the issue should be cleared by around 16:00 Monday ... so give it a few days and everything should be back to normal. This does however highlight exactly what many posters on here advise when connection issues occur, that 95% of the time it is not anything to do with Cryptic but is an issue somewhere between the player and the server usually connected with network infrastructure and it is just a case of waiting for an engineer to remedy the issue. In this case it appears to be a transatlantic connection issue, so whilst Virgin Media users are affected the issue isn't actually with the Virgin infrastructure but between the virgin network and the transatlantic node used by VM traffic.
It is a PITA but keep the faith guys and we will get there .... just a case of trying to fit in event runs when you can, I am finding that relaunching the game to change character helps.
console players don't have that option though.

Also, if EU gameplay proxy doesn't work, try USA gameplay proxy.
Let's get those three time outs out of the way first of all, most probably think that something nasty has happened and to be worried about it, but odds are those servers have simply been set not to reply to trace requests.
Hop 5 is of concern, all three packets return vastly different pings for the short distance they have travelled, that points to an issue at that hub.
Everything else looks fine until we hit hop 12, packet 2 got lost so something isn't quite right there, now thing is that's Cryptic's own server on the west coast, so this is one time when you could blame them.
@ mattjohnsonva after looking at your trace only hop 5 catches my attention, yet another Virgin hub giving three vastly different pings.
you could be on to something here, ESO and warframe both are running fine atm but STO and neverwinter are currently effected by SNR's/disconnects and rubberbanding.
