Would anyone be interested in a 2 v 2 tournament?

in PvP Gameplay
Here's how it could work:

1) find a tag team partner
2) indicate interest here
3) once we get enough a bracket will form
4) battles could be best of 3 or 5
5) a witness posts the results of matches here (with accountability measures)
6) the bracket shrinks, leaving one team

    I don't usually have an extended problem with people jumping in one on ones in Kerrat. The area above the moon seems to work. But I don't really want to force it into a KDF/FED thing either. Best thing would for people to meet outside Kerrat and have five join a queue. i guess if the losers disputed the results it could force a rematch with witnesses. As far as the numbers, the hope would be that the hype around the tournament would turn 10 into 20 the second time around.

    2v2? No real interest.
    If it were 3v3 there might be more interested people, including fleets (Raumpatrouille Elysion might set up one or maybe even two teams) and teams could have greater variability.
    In 2v2 as soon as one is dead the other team partner has to compete against two players at one time and that is about the same as committing suicide.
