Post Nov 3 Patch - Still can't claim temporal agent rewards with non-Temporal toons

The patch notes said it would be fixed, but it's still not working for me. FED & KDF not working.

    what worked for me was logging into my Temporal agent character talking to the temporal contact, then log onto a non-temporal recruit and the temporal rewards were available hope that helps.

    According to crypticspartan, this is what you have to do, log onto a Temporal Agent first.

    ^Words that every player should keep in mind, especially whenever there's a problem with the game...

    Logging in with my temporal toon resolved the issue.
