my older toons cannot reclaim temporal agent rewards?

in Star Trek Online General Discussion
Wanted to get some temporal marks for my older toons to start on the reputation system and as I went to get them at ESD from the temporal agent guy they where not there and as I switched toons. They where still gone what happened to them?

    Known issue in the recent patch notes.

    Temporal Agents rewards cannot be claimed on characters which are not Temporal Agents on the same account

    My delta recruit sees neither delta nor temporal at ESD. I had seen both tabs before the 25th. Delta only had the two gold items awarded available, but there was a good amount of temporal agent stuff unlocked by my TA toon. Now the tab for the store opens to a blank black box since the 25th. Nothing seems to have changed in today's patch for my delta,

    To repeat what I said in the Gameplay Bug Reports forum:

    You have to log into your Temporal Agent once after this patch for this fix to work.

    Hey @crypticspartan#0627 this makes me wonder...


    What happens if you deleted your temporal character???
    Will the fix work with regular non temporal TOS charters???
    Or are you screwed in that sense...
