Is anyone else having trouble boarding K-13 after completing the new mission? Or do we need to wait until our fleet completes some of the levels before we can beam aboard? I can enter the system, but not beam aboard the station.

It's not unprecedented, though. The Dil mine was similar.
It takes less than 10 days to hit level 1 at max pace.
Indeed. So many people lacking patience these days.

I've already seen people requesting invites to "T5 K-13 holding" in the in-game chat.
Yes, Tier 5 (and not 3), *already*.
They wanted an invite to a completed K-13 holding, on Oct. 29th.
Yep, if you look closely at the outside of the station right now, you will see a bunch of worker bee shuttles flying around it conducting repairs.
It's a really nice little detail touch that Cryptic put in.

Yeah, I was wondering if they did this intentionally - as in it will play into the Featured Episode arc - or if it was like, "We need a really remote system to put this in." not realizing they were parking a major Federation project in the Breen's living room (right next to their TV).
'Cause you know, they did have the Romulan Star Empire's capitol (Rator III) on the Federation side of the Neutral Zone for the longest time...

Well, to be fair, it could be considered a great position to have a pretext for war, or at least to grab more territory.
Put most of your army on orbit, because it's the capital, then wait until a careless freighter civilian captain comes sliiiiiiiiiiiightly a bit too close, and bam, "neutral zone violated", "act of war", "deliberate aggression", and then annexion of the systems nearby, to "protect Romulan interests".

I'd say that "I hope it ends up tying into Tran and the other Breen... refugees? rebels? separtists? not sure what term fits best for the Breen that want to change from the current culture that are mentioned in during the Deferi arc (forget the exact mission name)"...
But then that would end up almost a remake of the Cloaked Intentions/Reman Arc with rebel Breen being aided against a totaltarian government on the slim pretext of protecting an Alliance asset (K-13) taking the place of Reman resistants being aided against a totaltarian government based solely on one Captain and crew's reports of Iconian involvement, wouldn't it?

if it gets me more breen boffs for my breen ships I say remake it. add a armor and make it a set with the shield from Vorgon Conclusions and the gun from Cold Storage.
if I stop posting it doesn't make you right it. just means I don't have enough rum to continue interacting with you.

Could also have simply been that they never had real cause to go that direction; what with the Deferi, Bajorans, Cardassian, Ferengi, etc. to the east and south to capture, fight, trade with, what have you...
Or that they simply never came across the system. Space is big and unless you're actively exploring, it's easy to miss worlds, even the habitable ones. I mean, think about it; it's been almost a hundred years since the Cardassian Occupation of Bajor began, fifty years since official First Contact with the Ferengi, and we've just now met the Lukari who are right next door, almost, to those three cultures. Iconia wasn't rediscovered for 200,000 years after the Iconians were driven away. The 'Celestial Temple' was hidden for 20,000 years until Sisko and company specifically went looking for it, despite all the Cardassian traffic in and out of the Bajor system during the Occupation...
