Legion Of Spectre

We are best known as Task Force Spectre and The House Of Spectre but with Task Force Spectre being a complete tier 5 starbase and completed embassy before the Romulan faction comes out and upset we're not getting an official Romulan starbase, we have another federation base just for the Romulan faction. It is a complete tier 4 starbase and the embassy is almost finished. The fleet name will be Legion Of Spectre.
Recruitment will begin May 21st, if interested contact me on the release of the Romulan faction. Or just post here.

    Excellent news.

    Can you comment on how a new romulan character would need to be aligned to be able to have access to your T4 romulan starbase?

    I assume it will be federation alignment.
