Ummm, where did the T6 Jem'Hadar Heavy Escort Carrier go...?

It appears to have left the Lobi Store for some reason, and the T5 Jem'Hadar Dreadnought Carrier is back in its stead. I guess that explains why the T6 Heavy Escort Carrier went from being around 280 million to 500 million+ EC on the Exchange over the course of 24 hours...
From what I understood, the new T6 versions of these Jem'Hadar ships were supposed to replace their T5 counterparts in both the Lobi Store and the Infinity Lock Box. You can still get the T6 Dreadnought Carrier from the Infinity Lock Box, but both the T5 and T6 versions of the Heavy Escort Carrier are unobtainable at the moment.
Is this supposed to be intentional? I'm hoping that it's just another issue that popped up with the release of AOY: Artifacts, but I'm not entirely sure. It would be extremely weird if this was intentional, as now there is no way to get either version of the Heavy Escort Carrier. If anyone here has any info on this, I'd very much like to hear it! Thanks!

there was probably tons of complaints about folks buying the carrier with lobi and not being able to use the frigate pets.
The T5 versions are still on the Exchange. When the latest Infinity Lockbox released you could, for the first day, find the T6 Jem'hadar HEC on the Exchange for about the same price as the T5 version ~145 Million EC. People must have realized that the ship was underpriced and it moved up into the 250 Million EC range. Earlier this evening it looked like it was up in the upper 300s.
The T5 or T6 Jem'hadar Attack/Strike/Recon Ship has NEVER been available for Lobi or in the Lobi Store. It has always (except its first incarnation as a Winter Event prize) been a drop from Promotion Packs of C-Store R&D or Doff Packs and you must buy the Promotion Pack of whatever during the specific Bugship Promotion.
The Promotion 'wrapper' around the item in question will provide you with either 10 Lobi or the Bugship and the R&D or Doff Pack. Once the Promotion Pack is bought as such that Promotion 'wrapper' will stay even after the Promotion ends.
You will generally not find the Bugship on the Exchange as it is being sold for amounts over the Exchange cap of 750 Million EC. Private Trading Channels is the only place to buy it, unless you buy the specific Bugship Promotion Pack on the Exchange and get very very very lucky opening it.
Without you owning one of those three mentioned versions of the Jem'hadar Bugship you cannot buy the Jem'hadar Bugship Carrier Pets from the Dilithium Store.

That way Cryptic can make oodles of money when they promote it again as everyone is falling all over themselves to get it.
If you recall the last Promotion they recently did was for the T6 TOS Constitution. They have also done promotions for the Elachi Sheshar Dreadnought and the Voth Bulwark Battleship. The Voth ship was a T5 and was only promoted once. That is why it is probably the rarest ship in the game. I have read that it has sold for up to 4 Billion EC. They will not promote that one again unless they give it a T6 treatment.
But the Jem'hadar Bugship is the most re-promoted of those type ships. You will just have to wait until they decide to do it again.

Why it is not on the Exchange could mean one of two things. The limited supply has dried up, or, the most likely, since it is nowhere to be found the 'Robber Barons' have priced it above 750 Million EC and it only available on Private Trading Channels.
