Temporal Ambassador mission for Klingons?

Hello,

Does anyone know if the mission Temporal Ambassador is available to Klingon characters? The wiki suggests that it is but I cannot find the Klingon NPC it says starts the mission (Tum'Era near the Great Hall). I did get the mission on my Federation character. This is on PS4 if that makes a difference.

    Hmmm, I did finish that arc (last mission was Night of the Comet) but I don't see the mission anywhere, not on the incoming hails screen either. For my Fed character I got it by talking to a NPC at Earth Spacedock.

    Turns out the mission comes at the end of the "Vigilance" arc later on so all is well.
