Gamebreaking Bug - Klingon Commander keeps respawning in "Dislodging Klingons" mission.

While trying to complete the "Secure main Engineering" portion of the mission "Dislodging Klingons", the Klingon commander respawns once he is defeated, and keeps doing so, making it impossible to progress in the mission.

    I'm also having this problem, I've now killed more Klingons than the Klingon Civil War did. Still can't progress in the mission. I've tried killing the commander and then running into the room to hit whatever switch it is that satisfies the mission, and I've tried kiting the Commander down the hall to kill him in the shuttle bay, nothing works - still respawns.

    I've also tried logging out and logging in and the persistent little devil is right there again.
