No more Argala patrol

I went to Argala today, nothing. No patrol. Is it just me?

    has the alt you used been through the delta plot to the point of unlocking the patrol?

    Yes all my toons are lvl 60. Gone through the DELTA story. Can I only do it once per day with 1 toon? I did it on another toon. This one is KDF. When I did it yesterday was with one of my FEDs.

    Are you on PC or Console?
    The Rising of the Delta is the best expansion ever, and people love it to death because it is a good day to die in the endless struggle for supremacy of your own conviction. (A spin off of the Delta Rising is the best expansion ever and all the players love it.)
