    I'm not certain on Leadership but Efficient definitely stacks.
    The universe has a wonderful sense of humor. The trick is learning how to take a joke.

    Yes they stack, and Leadership adds 5% hull regen per Boff.

    Some traits stack, others don't. Naturally, the game doesn't tell you which.

    Pretty sure the SRO and Infiltrator traits stack, so I would have assumed they all do. Do we know which ones don't stack?

    Not all traits stack.

    Romulan Operative for example stacks like a mother f--er. A full SRO crew is a powerful, Rom subfaction specific perk that Feds and KDF cannot replicate.

    Reman trait Infiltrator? The stealth bonus doesn't stack, it takes your highest quality / valued one. The defense bonus stacks but the increase to the decloak damage bonus kind-of-sort-of does. Same quality Infiltrator doesn't stack that part, but different quality does. I.e. Regular Infiltrator and Superior Infiltrator will increase the decloak damage bonus timer, but x2 Sup.Infiltrator doesn't. It's been like that since the Roms were released in 2013.

    My Nausicaan Bridge crew +1.5% damage per officer. I hope the game eventually evolves so that different races can acquire different traits. This was you would be able to personalize your bridge crew.

    The pirate trait does stack. I will be curious to see if the new K-13 traits stack.
