You are close to where it was initially, but I bought my escorts because I turned on a dime.
Thank you for your continued efforts.
I really want to know how this happened. I dont know much about programming, but from what I do know reading this makes me go "How the TRIBBLE did they program weapons and boff powers where this can happen?"
What kind of turn rate are you looking at? 6,900? That is ludicrous. Are you sure you dont mean 6.9? Because in-game its displayed as degrees per second. A turn rate of 6,900 degrees per second is blindingly fast, you would not be able to keep up with it. As for your problem, are you sure you're both looking at the turn rate while you're moving? You get a different turn rate based on how fast you're going, most ships hit their max turn rate at around half speed. Also, your skills and impulse engines can effect your turn rate, its possible he has better engines than you.
Anyone want to give me a Temporal Heavy Dreadnought pack? I'll be your friend
It's probably a console player. Why they're posting on the PC patch notes thread is beyond me.

I'm sure its just a normal temporal loop glitch that will fix itself in time
cheers
I would advise them not to hold their breath. We've been barking at the forum mods to make separate forums since the console launch. The silence is deafening... but, what else is new?
When a power that modifies weapons is used, the normal power that is associated with that weapon is temporarily replaced with an alternate power. That alternate power has its own damage stats, firing time, etc., it's not just a simple modification of the equipped weapon. For whatever reason the Voth array had its Overload power assigned to the Phaser damage type rather than Antiproton.
The universe has a wonderful sense of humor. The trick is learning how to take a joke.
console has it áwell
Since you are removing the T5 ships from reward options, will the T6 ones simply provide a bundle pack of all the unique things (I highly doubt it)? How about allowing an account-wide reclaim of these unique unlocks/cards for anyone who has them already (won't completely fix the disappearing issue, but should alleviate it somewhat)?
