Sig? What sig? I don't see any sig.
  • I have noticed what seems to be slight improvements to maneuverability, Thank you for that. However, I have 6,900 turn rate and my friend has 1,300 in a cruiser. I am turning only slightly better. Should I not expect to turn at about 5x the rate they do?

You are close to where it was initially, but I bought my escorts because I turned on a dime.

Thank you for your continued efforts.

"Resolved an issue where Voth Antiproton Arrays dealt Phaser damage under Beam Overload."

I really want to know how this happened. I dont know much about programming, but from what I do know reading this makes me go "How the TRIBBLE did they program weapons and boff powers where this can happen?"

What kind of turn rate are you looking at? 6,900? That is ludicrous. Are you sure you dont mean 6.9? Because in-game its displayed as degrees per second. A turn rate of 6,900 degrees per second is blindingly fast, you would not be able to keep up with it. As for your problem, are you sure you're both looking at the turn rate while you're moving? You get a different turn rate based on how fast you're going, most ships hit their max turn rate at around half speed. Also, your skills and impulse engines can effect your turn rate, its possible he has better engines than you.

It's probably a console player. Why they're posting on the PC patch notes thread is beyond me.

Is it just me, or im experiencing temporal anomaly? I've read October 13th 2015 the official patchnotes:
    http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/10201933-star-trek-online:-release-notes:-october-13th,-2015
I'm sure its just a normal temporal loop glitch that will fix itself in time

    cheers

Because they don't have their own still.

I would advise them not to hold their breath. We've been barking at the forum mods to make separate forums since the console launch. The silence is deafening... but, what else is new?

When a power that modifies weapons is used, the normal power that is associated with that weapon is temporarily replaced with an alternate power. That alternate power has its own damage stats, firing time, etc., it's not just a simple modification of the equipped weapon. For whatever reason the Voth array had its Overload power assigned to the Phaser damage type rather than Antiproton.

The boxes that contain the Tal Shiar Adapted Destroyer and Tal Shiar Adapted Battle Cruiser now have the correct icons.
Hoping that's a hint of 'things to come' many months down the road.

While I understand moving forward, why remove the existing T5 versions of these ships? Getting them is entirely at the customer's discretion, they have unique Admiralty cards at least, in some cases they unlock certain things (Spiral Wave Disruptors that I don't see mentioned with the Keldon), and there are numerous precedents within the game already to have multiple versions of a ship across tiers.

Since you are removing the T5 ships from reward options, will the T6 ones simply provide a bundle pack of all the unique things (I highly doubt it)? How about allowing an account-wide reclaim of these unique unlocks/cards for anyone who has them already (won't completely fix the disappearing issue, but should alleviate it somewhat)?

Errr, there's something wrong it feels like someone messed up on the Date on the Release Notes...

Star Trek Online: Release Notes: October 13th, 2015. Its 2016.
The Rising of the Delta is the best expansion ever, and people love it to death because it is a good day to die in the endless struggle for supremacy of your own conviction. (A spin off of the Delta Rising is the best expansion ever and all the players love it.)
