I know that HECs have a single hanger bay, but it sounds like it can launch bug frigates.
I own the T5 JHEC, JHAS, JHDC, T6 JHSS. The JHAS hangar units are restricted only for the JHDC.

From the release notes the T6 Heavy Escort Carrier is going into the Lobi Store and the Dreadnought Carrier T5 is being pulled from the Lobi Store. The Dreadnought Carrier T6 will be in the Infinity Lockbox.

Just my luck... Since weeks debating if I should get a second JHDC (for another char than the one who already has it), then finally buy one (from exchange for 240ish mill), and two or three days later, T6 JHDC gets released
Ah well, at least it has command boff seats, precisely what I wanted, but still only three rear weapon slots. Now to find one...
