  Just looked...it appears my KDF Rom also has Fed missions to complete....wtf?!

  A bug hit after the 4th's weekly maintenance, has kinked a few in-game features - rumours suggest a fix will be going live today.

  Just so you know, yes, console is currently all over the place. Ignore any quests that appear that don't fit into your faction.
  
  The maintenance earlier this week broke a ton of stuff, and has locked fed players out of ESD.
  
  The quest you have highlighted - thats a known bug that I experienced myself. However, I fail to remember how I got around it. The incoming hail screen is separate I think, so you have to back out of that, hold A, then open another screen for it.

  The only other Forum I visit is for Elite Dangerous
  
  Tried backing out, dropping the mission, and restarted...still broke
