STO Badges color problem

I don't know if this is the right forum but..

The Starfleet Uniform Code 2010 for the badge and rank pips show A9 as a grey color, yet when I change the uniform on my character, A9 shows as gold. What happened?

    @warpangel this is the official Starfleet Uniform Guide 2410. (And don't go all daft because OP made a typo okay? It's not becoming of a Starfleet officer. And it'd be entirely beneath a member of the KDF.)

    This article is 2 years old and apparently the palettes have been changed since then. The closest to the color of the "A9" displayed seems to be A13.

    The pallet is bugged seven ways till Sunday and have been for months. It's pretty low on the list of priorities to have fixed so I wouldn't hold my breath for it to happen. So yeah, it might have change since I set my uniforms last about half a year ago - at least they look the same still - on the one character who uses the official uniforms anyway. Everyone else runs around in non-regulation stuff. I must be giving the brass a headache.

    It's not a bug. At all. They added more shades to the palette and that guide hasn't been updated. Just use A13 instead, it's the same color as A9 in that guide.
