Help Identifying a Weapon Modifier

Good afternoon! I am relatively new to the crafting scene and decided to take advantage of the Key Ring Bundle to get one of those fancy crafting modifiers. I used it on a MKII Quantum Torpedo and it became a MKIV Legendary Item. I recognize all the bonuses except this one though: [Ac/Dm]. Does anyone know what that one does? I Googled it and found that it is a "bonus accuracy and damage combo," but that's all I could find. Can anyone help shed light on what exactly this modifier does? Does it divide my accuracy by my damage and add the quotient to both? Just curious as to how it functions.

    It's half Acc, Half Dmg. You just get some +accuracy and +damage. You're over-thinking it :)

    So it just takes the normal values then, halves them, and adds them on? That's nice!

    +6% final damage for that weapon (~2x a regular [dmg]) and a single +10% [acc] mod.

    Given the cost of increasing accuracy over anything else makes that epic or gold rarity with the [ACC] / 10% accuracy really good if you are ever lucky to get epic gear.
