Agents of Yesterday loading screen

The game gets stuck at the loading screen. My task manager says it's running without error. It's a brand new (literally out of the box this morning) midrange MSI gaming rig. The patch went through but I can't get into the game. I have a preordered lifer on my account and I thought I had priority queuing. Has this changed, or has my account been blocked for inactivity? This is my first login and about a year.
My Old Blog about things that could and should have been added when I wrote it. Not sure what I want to do with it now. I'll just keep it available now that most of it is outdated.

    Would suggest you make sure all your drivers are up to date, especially your video drivers.

    I scanned for updates first thing this morning when I got it. Everything is up to date.
    My Old Blog about things that could and should have been added when I wrote it. Not sure what I want to do with it now. I'll just keep it available now that most of it is outdated.

    I had this exact same problem on my new gaming laptop I bought a few weeks ago. The solution was to click options on the launcher and select safe mode. This should allow you to login. Once you log in you may need to go to your options and go to graphics and select your DirectX11 and change in to DirectX9.

    I've been having a lot of problems running this game on a brand new rig - this game is like ancient technology and it still can't even run right. I've been getting frozen screens in between maps and the sound changes from loud to quiet depending on what map I'm in. Never had those problems before on my five year old laptop that could barely run any game at all.
