(Xbox One) plasmonic leech console

Hi can you get the console - universal - plasmonic leech on the console vertion witheout buying the ship to get it as it is a klingon only c-store ship. The wiki for it says you can get it another way in this lock box but we only have cardassian - dominion lock box.

so just wondering can we still get it and how thanks.

It'll probably take awhile for the consoles to gain access to the Plasmonic Leech.

There's a lot of differences between Console Vs PC, it'll just take time.

ok thanks so only way to get it now is to buy the ship & be a klingon.

One of my Romulan fleet members was able to buy the ship and remove the console, and mailed it to himself, and then equipped it on his warbird. If need be, create a new klingon JUST to buy the ship, then remove it at the ship selector, and mail it to yourself, then collect the mail on your main char. He actually bought 3 of the ship (Vandal Destroyer), so he could have 3 of those consoles.

I'm going to put a big fat disclaimer here and say "NONE OF THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE."

C-store ships come with a character bound console. You cannot transfer it through any means. If this person could, that means Plasmonic leech has been mistakenly made account bound. I can't look into this myself right now, but I'd first assume that either your buddy was pulling your leg or that some details of the story have been misplaced.

Next, you can only buy a c-store ship once (on your chosen platform). You can then claim the ship as many times as you like on an appropriately factioned character. You friend may have done that to pick up 3 leeches, but that's pointless because A. ship equipment transfers (you only need one to use across all ships of a given character), 2. you can only equip one per ship (unless there's another significant bug with this console) and C. it has no special entertainment/bragging value, it's just claiming a free ship three times (after the first-time purchase).

Lastly, Romulans can buy/claim the Vandal Destroyer for themselves if they've chosen to ally with the KDF (something that happens for them through part of their story.) Any of their allies T1 through T4 ships are available to them (for purchase/claiming). If this Romulan is FED-aligned, then I'd do a little digging into your fleet mate's story. (ATM, it sounds cooked.)
