    No, the only thing I've seen is the original post to NEWS listing all of the missing features. I have not seen any follow-up posts on when any of the features would be added.

    They probably can't offer the Xbox or PS4 equivalent of Tribble either to give you a sneak peek, since updates need to be approved by Sony and Microsoft.

    They might be shooting for one update a month instead of the weekly PC patches, but who knows? Maybe those playing Neverwinter on consoles could tell us how updates work for it.
