[xbox one] how to upgrade rep items

im just gonna post this but how on earth can you upgrade rep consoles on xbox me and my friends cannot upgrade any thing reputation wise. some help please?

    I think you do it via crafting. which we don't have yet.
    but I'm not 100% sure

    Your correct, They are upgradable on PC and i presume we will get that ability soon too, but right now, intentional or not, we cant upgrade Rep goodies.
