The next holding should be something large, more like a Starbase than a Spire. Creating such a large project will get every fleet in game focused on Dilithium production, giving the game the sink it desperately needs. I envision giving us a colony garrison, where as projects are completed, we get to see our colony grow. Make it something we can interact with, with colonist having tasks for us, like missions of the day. I'd even have a random mission of the day Defend colony where some evil aliens try to take you colony and we fight to take it back, space or ground based.
I think it will come I guess around October. I prefer the TOS theme but we shall see.

about what is this 5h patch today, as there isn't yet a notice what will be fixed or its just server maintenance?
It's surely just deflubbing the technical gubbins and reflooming the capacitors. When no new features are announced it's probably safe to take that as indication that no new features are coming.
I thought that they would have added one with the last big update, but nothing. Will there be no more added?
Not every big updates comes with a new fleet holding. Just look at the gap between the Spire and Krenim research lab (two seasons plus one expansion).

Looking for something new to play? I've started building Foundry missions again in visual novel form!
A new station would be nice. I'm not really familiar with the Yorktown station, but I would prefer something like that over something old like K-13.
Most TOS stuff just looks too old for a modern video game. It may have looked good or modern in the '60s and '70s, but nowadays it would need at least a major graphical update. Meaning that it wouldn't really be a TOS station anymore anyway, so what's the point then of adding such an old station?
Might as well focus on something relatively new that will probably be more interesting to the average player than all the old stuff. One of the things I always liked about sci fi is that it looked forward, while still being relevant or inspiring to today's world. So I want to see stations that could be an inspiration for today's spacecraft industry (like an asteroid base or anything like that) or be realistically developed at some point in the future.
Adding a station from a piece of art that's almost half a century old just isn't interesting to me, personally.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.
or at least to get a starbase 24 as social Zone in 23th century, as it has a skin of 25th century, so it actually could be a queue and fleet temporal holding.
Description: Temporal anomlay formed after large klingon fleet invaded, which changed station from 23th century to 25th century, while our station went to 23th century.
So starbase 24 as fleet holding actually would be a temporal gateway for fleet members to travel back to 23th century, while our sb24 is in 23th century it has activated holo emiters and special rooms where all starfleet personal is dressed in 23th century uniform.
So as trading post we would be able to expand, and to repair it and supply with gear and commodities from 23th century and also to procure expedtions to learn more about that era
Unless if that will be fixed today, so nothing of idea
In game, it makes it sound like we'll be seeing K13 again. May or may not be as a fleet holding, though at this point it's still a possibility, until we hear otherwise I guess. *shrugs*
Indifferent about the homes, although having a nice place of our own that's somewhat more customisable would be nice. If it's not homes, then I'd want to see our Bridges fullfil this function. Edit: perhaps also add full bank, e-mail and even exchange access there. Having to go to a station instead of being able to use your own customisable bridge / ship interior is a bit annoying.
Fleet holdings could also use some extra customisation options. I believe our fleet starbases and holdings should be able to perform all the necessary functions that ESD gives us access too, but it should also be a lot more personal. Building a holding or Starbase is quite a lot of work and takes many resources. Therefore it would be fair if these stations could entirely replace going to ESD if the player wants it.
How is it a zombie. At least when I went to school 22 < 30. Now with this new-fangled math I don't know.

in best case we maybe get new fleet holding as suprise but i don't think that wouldn't be announced

Called it I had a feeling it was going to be K13
