Does anyone know if the green cluster torpedo damage stacks with tactical consoles?

    It is boosted by transphasic, maybe mines too.

    Are you referring to the Breen Cluster torpedo? If so, it never used to be affected by transphasic consoles. If that ever changed, it escaped my attention.

    You should be able to upgrade it to increase levels.

    Second hardest hitting torpedo in the game, right behind the Bio-Neural Warhead.

    Yeah, it hits very hard but only if you manage not only to find targets that live long enough but also do not have FAW active at the time the mines are being deployed.

    The bio also hits very hard but is only best used at high yield, and I've seen some nice crtD focused builds around this combination.

    At spread however, the neutronic still wins in my book, because it's producing some nice spike dmg, followed by the RNG plasma torp with the bad TRIBBLE DOT plasma cloud.

    I just wish that all the targetable (high yield) torps would actually be just like the bio torp, none targetable though, this would give em actually a meaning of existence. ;)

    Actually, for spike damage, I think the Tricobalt cluster packs more punch. But yeah, same general limitations. the thing has to reach it's destination.
