Console Game Mechanics Adjustment on Consoles

two things that should be changed on the consoles would be weapon fire buttons and the ability to toggle fire on and off
as it stand right now, on xbox, RT fires all energy weapons, RB fires torps, RB(hold) fire mines. If you have a player who chooses not to use torps then the console user has a completely useless button.
Allow us to assign certain weapons to one of the three buttons or set those three buttons to have a weapon group and allow us to assign whatever weapons we want to one of the three weapon groups.

Ex1 you have a ship that uses a mix of cannons and beams but the captain only wishes to use the cannons in a particular fight. So that captain would assign his cannons to weapon group 1 (RT) and then assign his beams to weapon group 2 (RB).
Ex2 You have a ship that uses tractor beam mines and chroniton mines. The captain is losing the fight and takes off but to delay his pursuer he wants to only drop his tractor beam mines. So that captain would want to have his Tractor beam mines set to fire group 1 (RB) and his chroniton mines to fire group 2 (RB[Hold])

i think this would bring a little more diversity and strategy to all combat on the console version of the games.
Also give us an option to where can we can toggle weapon fire on and off if you are using turrets you can pretty much guarantee that if you have something toggled as your target then you turrets will fire until you are it is dead and that can be a pain when you are trying to manage weapon skills such as cannon rapid fire or cannon spread.

    I just started on ps4 and the only HUGE problem I have with combat mechanics is when you are on the ground. When you aim you lose control of your ability to look around. Also and more importantly when you use aim, flicking your stick to change targets will 99% of the time lock you onto an ally. Ally's(your bridge officers) should not even be able to be targeted by aim. Fire fights are super annoying because of this. Or if you zoom out and then try to zoom in and have officers in the way you will lock onto them.

    I guess there is 1 annoying thing in space battles. If you are at a dead stop your ship should rotate the fastest, not have zero rotational ability.
