PS4- Dominion/Cardassian lockbox gave me a T5 Jem'Hadar Dreadnaught carrier

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
Rather then the advertised T6 version. There is no in-game support that I can find. Is this a known issue?

    Does anyone know of a list of all possible content that can be acquired through these lock boxes? Is it always one of those three ships or is there a big list of possible items? I can't find anything definitive anywhere and I would really like to know whether or not a ship is guaranteed before buying one of the keys, ya know?

    The grand prize ships are not guaranteed. I used approximately $130 worth of keys before I got mine.

    Only to find that its a T5 rather then the T6

    The Graviton Pulse epic console is unusable as well as it has no associated skill.

    The Bio neural Warhead doesn't work either.

    There are two mirror ships for each faction that you could win.

    Dilithium vouchers etc.

    These are in the "PS4" and "Xbox One" tab at the top of the ARC Forums. Once you are in the console's particular tab, click on "News". Though, I have to say, that "ARC News" interface is difficult to find what you need.

    P.S. Lock boxes is gambling. No guarantee of any prizes but 4 Lobi Crystals. Everything else in them is random, luck of the draw.

    Me too not just the dreadnought but the heavy escort to. Both say t6 on Xbox. I got T5u

    Lobi heavy escort is not t6. It's t5. Don't pull shut us. It's not a gamble. It's not just level 40s opening up boxes. How can a level 40 get a t6 ship if they are locked up. The problem is level 60 players are also getting t5 ship both in Lobi and the lockbox ones. It's a game bug. And bad programing allowing a level 40 to open a t6 ship making it auto down grade to t5

    Yeah I'm not sure what he's talking about. Nowhere in that list of things you can win is a tier 5 version of those two ships. There are some OTHER, Mirror Universe, Tier 5 ships. But everywhere, including the announcement when you actually pull the JHDC or Keldon from the lockbox, states they are T6. The fact they're redeeming as tier 5 is clearly a bug and needs a fast fix.

    Same issue. (Xbox One) I chose the Keldon T6. However I received a Galor T5. Anyone have any news / info on it? I submitted a ticket but have yet to hear back.

    Logged in today to the pleasant surprise of a T6 box sitting in my inventory and upon opening...it was T6! Also, seems we get to keep the T5U versions as well.
