Are there patrol missions on the Console Version?

Hi i am a returning STO player switching to the PS4 version and i can't find any patrol missions. Are they not ported over yet to the PS4 or do i remember it wrong where to find them? I am currently a level 10 Federation captain.

Good question. I would like ANY info on this game for console. Does not seem to have very good support for launch weekend.
