    Heh...
    Good luck with that...

The most likely response you'll get is a closing of your account and a possible ban from the forums.

Also, what makes you think anybody really cares?

Yes, when you can no longer play the game and we no longer see your post count climbing.

Silly Gamer, Cryptic/PWE holds all the Tricks.

Will you be happy when They just close this thread and leave you hanging?

    donkey dave..

hey me and her indoors have splashed the cash some £30K + since January...

    I think paypal will refund.

    30000 Pounds? Are you nuts?
Being interested in a game and making purchases is one thing, but unloading that sort of money can only be described as either insane or addicted.

Either way, Paypall will not help out unless there is fraud involved and since this is not the case..
The only thing which will likely happen is that your attempt to recall the funds for services rendered is an attempt at fraud which will result in the closure of your account and with that a closure of the forum account.

This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

If they have the money to spend, all the more power to them. However, if they don't, then it's still their own stupid decision and they'll have to live with it.

no coms with the producer.. aka mod/devs..!

The Dev's very very rarely will speak to anyone on the forums.

You're not special because you claim to have spent £30k on this. You ARE lying, I can guarantee the Dev's will ROFLMAO at this claim.

No-one owes you special treatment, and for the third time I will repeat this.....THERE IS NO NEED FOR PLATFORM SPECIFIC GENERAL DISCUSSION FORUMS!
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.

The only thing back charging or disputing will get you is a ban, it is not the way to go about being unsatisfied about something, not if you still want the ability to actually play.

You may also want to be a bit more clear, I have absolutely no clue what you mean with ''no coms with the producer'', so I can imagine support has no clue what you're on about either.

Well... refunds have nothing to with mods and developers since that does not all fall within their roles and responsibilities as employees of Cryptic. You need to deal with Customer Support if you want to dispute charges.

Therefore, none of the devs are going to respond this thread and other similar threads. Mods can't do anything for except to tell you to deal with Customer Support to resolve whatever problem you are having and close this thread.

As for PayPal I cannot say. However, there was a recent incident back in June 2016 where PayPal denied a $50,000 refund to a Twitch troll for "donating" that amount of money to various Twitch streamers. Basically trollers would donate large sums of money using PayPal to Twitch streamers who would then rescind the donation (I am guess during some type of grace period PayPal has). The streamers fought back against the refund.

Well, I can't understand what you're saying your reason is for wanting a refund, so probably they haven't either and that's why they haven't replied.

You sound as if you're saying that "no coms with the company" is the reason you want a refund. And if so, the only meaning I can put on that is that you're saying that the game and all the money you've spent on it is worthless because the company doesn't communicate with you personally. Well, if that's what you meant, then that makes no sense, MMOs don't do that. If not, then what did you mean?

Now I don't know the details of the issues you have to feel the need to chargeback all purchases and that is none of my business, but Dev's are not obligated to communicate with you.
They work on the product and are not a customer facing department. Those Dev's that do and have communicated here or elsewhere on social media do it because they choose to not because they have to.
Regarding Mod's if you are referring to this website ? they are customer facing but not customer services they are only here to moderate the forum itself and make sure users comply with PWE/Cryptic terms of use. Any in game issues are not part of their remit.

Maybe you have GM Support and Customer Services confused with Dev and Moderator ?

Now if you have game issues and GM Support or Customer Support are giving you the run around and not resolving the issue then yes you do have a genuine complaint. Maybe you just have used the wrong terminology for the departments that are failing you as a customer and the problems you have been facing.

Whatever the problem is good luck getting it resolved.
