I was thinking of buying the Eternal multi mission

Does it support the Aux Dual cannons and the consoles for the Vesta pack?

    No it dosen't.
    The Eternal Multi-Mission Science Vessel has nothing to do with the Multi-Mission Explorer family, it was just horrendously poor named.

    Also I really have to recommend the 3-ship pack the eternal comes in. Really one of the best deals in the C-store. ALL your captains get 3 nice ship, good admiralty cards, and the trio of consoles can be used on any of the three and do not suck.

    Yeah, the 31st century pack is great though in terms of customization they're pretty much at the bottom. Not having faction materials and being locked to the Wells' bridge is a pretty big letdown.

    That is disappointing however for now i'll stick with my Paradox as i enjoy that one quite a bit or my Tarantula depending on how i feel
