Our old crew officers

I keep all my Officers, since the first days, just assigned them to different roles at the ship.... like the Doff assignments. So there comes my question about this:
When we are at our ready room and contact the Engineering and Science, etc.. who the hell are those crewmen that appear talking to us??? LOL :) wouldn't make more sense having there the boffs we choosed to be the Heads of each department??

I actually miss seeing some of my old boffs talking to me.. i had a good time doing missions with them in the past, so i would love to see them appear in my screen sometimes. It shouldn't be that difficult to make it happen!!

My T'Vrell is the ship's doctor, Zarva is the Operations, Kolez the Security, etc...​​

    ... and what i told makes sense, right??.... it would be great to have them (at least looking like) doing important stuff around. That would also be a good "excuse" for us to use our ship's bridge and ready room..​​

    Even if we don't need purple ones at all the stations i decided to do it. 5 purples at the Bridge and 4 at the away team.
    So there was no more places for the old ones.. but they were very important at their time.. I think they are entitled to be used properly!​​

    I dunno, my senior staff hold Heads of Department positions, my bridge crew are an electric set of good looking statsticks, and my away team is another set of rookies I'm grooming.

    And when I go to the crew deck, the old boys appear in the crew deck as the Heads of Department just fine...

    They appear as Heads of Department.. but if you contact them from your ready room, you get some random crewman talking to you before you see the doff missions​​

    Only original boff I have is Tovan Khev and I kinda wish I could boot him off my ship...but alas...I am stuck with that Romulan...which ruins my plan of a full Reman boff ship XD

    I do still have Maenek, Hiven, and Veril atm too but I am keeping Veril (just altered her appearance and changed her name to Teelis) for the time being until I find a different female engineer officer.
