  I actually just finished Nimbus and had the first one of those to show up. Is it not supposed to show up until you do that mission?​​

  it has nothing to do with the missions. Its a bug when they changed sector map over. It is still possible to get I did unlock it myself. here is the link. Follow the answer from turbomagnus.

  Thanks, I will follow that advice. I currently have one character who doesn't have that assignment chain.

  Unless i am mistaken, you also need diplomacy/marauding level 3 or 4 to gain access.

  This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
