Dyson Ground Set crouching shield visual missing.

I hope I'm not creating a duplicate thread, and I didn't want to necro any similar threads, though I didn't see any related threads on the first couple pages here.
Anyways, I have the full Dyson Ground Set equipped, and now when I crouch the shield visual no longer shows. Is that a bug? Or is it part of a change from patch notes I didn't notice?
When I have my character crouching, two buffs show up, the normal crouching bonus, and "Heavy Combat Armor Resistance" which if I'm not mistaken is the bonus for that shield visual. The buff/bonus for the shield visual is still there if I'm not terribly mistaken, but I no longer have the crouching shield visual. Is that a bug? or a change? I know I had the crouching shield visual before.
