AoY toons cannot enter Andoria system

As the title says, just AoY toons have no access. My AoY Andorian is homesick, please fix.

    I have the same issue with my AoY toon as well. Apparently, AoY toons aren't allowed to get commodities and complete Asylum missions in that system. C'mon Cryptic, please fix this bug!
