Clarification:
If I activate Threatening Stance III... Show of Force II, under Strategist specialization, would "turn on" +10% Incoming Hull Healing? So if I don't activate Threatening Stance III, firing a weapon gives +2% Crit Severity for 10 sec (5 stacks max, can gain 1 stack every 5 sec) would be active instead?
