I always thought that you have to take the dreadnought warp core to the planet killer. Yet I have witness on multiple occasions players flying away from the planet killer with the warp core. Am I missing something here?

2-They don't know how to do the mission
Now, really, I have never seen that. No idea if it works or why it would work. Of all the instance I've been, the core is always delivered to the doom-machine.

1. They are trolls intentionally disrupting the game for others.
2. They just lost direction, which causes them to fly in the wrong side.
Same thing. You drop them in front of the doom-machine to make it go slower towards the base.
