i keep getting a drive crashed and recovered error then have to validate its gotten to the point i cant play im a life timer can you please help?

    yep DX11 is broken.

    Open up the launcher. Top right, click options. Scroll to the bottom. Add -d3d9 to the prompt for Command Line and click save.

    do i need the dash how do i know if it is in DX9, launcher

    Yes, dash included. Once in game, check options and graphic options. It tells what DX mode it's using. It can be changed from there aswell, but the command line overrides it on next game launch.

    FYI, DX11 is very unstable and visually there is no difference of any kind (the game engine itself is DX9 era anyway).

    Hey guys.

    I've tried launching the game in DX9 mode, but crashed all the same. Any other tricks I can use? Please don't tell me I have to put back months old driver to run the game...
    HD7970, win10 x64, latest crimson driver.

    RnD and upgrade needs less RNG. Less lottery. Something has to change.
