Since we have the Risian ships, I thought cross faction Risians would be cool.

    I don't know about cross-faction, but I think playable Risians would be nice. They're members of the UFP and should have every opportunity to join Starfleet.​​

    At the very least put the Risian forehead marking in the game. I made an alien Risan

    The KDF and Roms can fly Risian Ships so I see no reason not to allow them to have Risian Captains.

    Playable Risians should the have party ball buff trait built in instead of it being something you need a DoFF for.

    The drawback would be that you're required to use the name Captain Stubing, and your doffs must be named Isaac, Julie, Gopher and "Doc" Bricker.

    Yeah, it's not a costume option. :/

    Also the Risian species trit should give a damage buff with party balls

    Okay, I didn't have Risian Captains as in "HAVING" Risian Captains I meant being Risian Captains. Very naughty.

    Rather than in the character creator, it would be nice for them to have some special abilities. A Risan boff might be nice. I'm suprised we haven't had one yet. Do Cryptic view them as pacifists? 'cus I'm quite sure all those party animals in Ibiza aren't. Some of them throw quite a punch once they've pulled themselves out of the gutter. Not that Ibiza is our Risa - god, that would be depressing. I bet it was Risa before the English stag nights arrived.
