No i don't care that its in the rules about "I Quit" threads, and when has that stopped the moderators in the past from ignoring simple violations of the rules in the past the present and probably in the future as well? Adding mine won't make a darn bit of difference no matter if it is accelerated up the chain to the right people in cryptic or not. But hey ho, i am just another number to ignore! Sheer ignorance is astounding for a company that ironically is producing games for the gamers and forget the gamers in the same context.
What started it off was F2P coming to STO, adding further to the load was season 6 crossfire and then season 8 with the dinosaurs, utter foolishness in its best where the lead refuses to accept the blame for a real stinker of a content upload that was season 8, not that i think that his kind would ever give a damn beyond his wallet and his puffed up reputation that consist of apple polishers and yes men. The latest expansion i do not care about, say what ever you like, i won't be around to read when its posted (knowing how ignorant the mods or trendy is, this will probably be deleted or buried quickly. If one can't accept the harsh truths that come with such a monster of their own design, they should not of tried to build it if all they want is nothing but positive comments, but all that leads to ignorance because one refuses to look at the negatives).
After 5 years, over 3 quarters of which has been spent off the game, its safe to say i won't be coming back to this game, and yes i know that perhaps i can return, but i won't. I promised i would not return to world of tanks at the end of the year, 2013 and I have not returned and won't ever return. Star Trek Online is the same, i promise i won't ever come back, neither this forum either.
No you can not have my stuff before the trolls think they got what it takes to spam for no reason. But i would like to see you try when i won't ever see this after posting it.
As for the toxic community, shame on you all for beating each other half senseless each day for some e-peen points with words, shame on the cyber bullies and cyber trolls who work just within the rules but just enough to get what they want the most and shame on those legitimate people who agree with said cyber trolls/bullies on anything. Shame on the mods for refusing to lift a finger for the most simple of violations of the CoC and ToS, shame on PWE for failing to have a proper community team and customer support and just relying on Trendy who has to deal with a lot of crud each day and it is nowhere near enough to be of any use to anyone. Look to get more volunteer moderators, get more people around the clock and sunday to deal with the destructive crud each week and trendy could be of more use by having some people who can post on her behalf when she can not, as well as keep a presence on the forums which this forum has been sorely lacking all its time.
Before i leave i offer a thought: “Change is the essential process of all existence.” - Spock.
I hope on this Earth people can change on this game and forum and the companies involved, otherwise what did it mean for Leonard to state such a thing when no one wants to change, especially on a Star Trek game? If this stings enough that you don't like it, then good, because you should realize that your all too comfortable being faceless people on here, why not do something good and change? Before anyone gets uppity about my comment, me leaving is a change and at least i know it has to happen. Don't forget those words from Leonard before you post and after you respond to others.
If no one cares to note this or gets deleted before anyone really has a chance to see, well, just goes to show ignorant hypocrites will remain as such and it is a horrible thing to leave buried like that when really it should be dealt with, no one seems to realize it is a bully and you are all letting it get the better of you. I would hate to see if things got worse here and never got any better because no one gave a darn.
Would you all want me to be proven right? Because i know there are enough people here who have hidden their disgust of me for long enough they would never want to see i am right on anything. Goes to show how easily one can be insulted from one angle but point out a truth in another, that pride is a weakness and one should look elsewhere for real change (and this is the point that most overlooked on any argument). Please, don't prove me right.
I'm sure a number of people are rejoicing on this forum that i am gone, Well congratulations, you won your silly e-peen contest. That's all i got the state.

Makes me think of this one politician we have here in the Netherlands who only communicates through Twitter, where he follows no one else whenever he posts his TRIBBLE that is, with almost no exception, always targeted against specific sub groups in our society.
I don't assume that you're a narcissist like him who's only interested in hearing and reading his own statements and own truth so I hope you will reply.
Perhaps you should consider taking your own advice about "change" because this is only a game and it's not worth getting so upset about.
In life nothing is ever exactly the way we like it or want it and more often than not we don't even know how we would like/want it to be. Not in absolute terms anyway.

People with the kind of passion you openly display about this game are rare. This game needs players such as yourself to continue successfully. When it loses one, it becomes a little smaller and not as fun to play or read about.
