come here looking some clues or any little help or tip can help me in my nightmare daily playing sto
firts my computer stuff

CPU: 4 Processor running at 3.6G amd fx
RAM: 8 gb
Free drive space: 252.9GB
DirectX: 11.1
ati video r7 200 series 2 gb ddr3

my isp : 10 mb une ,colombia south america

i am playing normal i made a ping using /netgraph show me when iam stand by my ping go 124-145 , then when i am playing for example star base alert my ping 145 to 245 for too high 290 ms, then that when start my nitemare my game start to freezing graphics move slowly but i see the ping and nothing change my ping keep 145-245 ms i was thinking the problem was my video card so i test in my another old pc that got a nvidia 9500 gt happend the same my ping go 150-245 ms but still freeze when i play soo no idea what coould happend any body can give me some advice because tecnical support is like you talk to a wall , i try many other game online they work excellent like wow or star wars online but this my favorite but always TRIBBLE me off with this problem

Did you update your video drivers? You could also try lowering your graphic settings in options

i set to minimun no shadows low light i set all to mid grapphics an d low some part even set fps to 30 and still get problems
