Can the new expansion be skipped?

I got annoyed with the starter mission for this "expansion" popping up on a daily basis for each of my characters, so decided to do it, just to get it out of the way.

The first character did it, but then was immediately offered the next mission.
Despite searching all the mission logs, I could not find the mission so that I could press the Skip button to stop the daily hail.

Since I have absolutely zero interest in playing the missions of this expansion, I don't want the game reminding me to play it manditorily every day I login.



Is it possible to skip the missions so I don't have to do them?
Or will this feature be enabled in the future?

    Accept mission
    finish intro mission
    Remove from mission log
    No more pushy temporal agents

    Also, I don't know if this matters to you, but you can't use XP Boosts if you skip the Tutorial.

    To deal with one part of your issue...

    Options > Basic > Disable Mission Auto Hail​​

    Hopefully now I won't be bothered by missions that I don't want to know about.

    I am confused, what does a tutorial have to do with anything?
    A tutorial implies the character in question is a new character for the expansion.
    And I have not made a new character, therefore, no tutorial.

    Without doing the 'Yesterday's War' Missions your Character may not be able to do the Breen Arc. If you've already done them then no problem, if not, Romulan Characters will be stuck.

    Ehm, Rom characters don't do the new tutorial, since it's TOS Fed only?!

    Which isn't really the matter here though, since the OP was asking about the missions "yay, you new temp agent, come to ESD/Flottilla/First City" for established characters.

    Well Yesterday's War Arc is part of the new expansion. How the devil would someone get pop-ups for the new Tutorial on 'all my Characters' when they are only available to newly created TOS Characters? That would be a bug if that's what was meant.

    Reread what the OP said. It was about any Missions of this Expansion.

    Based upon all inclusiveness, and to be sure for the OP, the caveat I stated, stands. Ok?!

    Even the OP was confused when people thought he was speaking about the Tutorial, hence not about the Tutorial.
