Vic Mignogna in STO - "Star Trek Continues" contributes more than just Chris Doohan.

Having watched the existing episodes of Star Trek Continues and being familiar with the sound of the actor's voices, I was pleasantly surprised to hear Vic Mignogna voicing your TOS character’s captain and admiral, Isaac Garrett. Vic fills the role of Kirk in STC and I found it a nice nod to both the old and the new. It makes me wonder how many other members of the STC crew made it into STO and if that production will become a resource for the devs in the future.

Wasn't Kuumaarke from New Dawn missions was voiced by Kipley Brown? She is Smith in Star Trek Continues, and she was also in Enterprise.

What's going to happen to Star Trek continues with the new guidelines?
It's good to have them in STO. :)

Michelle Specht is supposed to be somewhere in AoY, too.

Well besides all the other CBS Rules about length of fan films, it could very well be that Vic and Chris could no longer do fan films as they worked for an Officially Licensed item (STO). That according to CBS Rule 5.

Chris also had a minor role in one of the new Star Trek movies as well.

We will have to see how this plays out.

Might be one of the tutorial boffs? IIRC they're voiced in the mission that introduces them.

I generally dislike most FanFic, but I must hand it to Vic and his cohorts -I have Enjoyed STC and give props to the stories and overall quality.

It was cool to hear him in AOY, but I sort of wished they could have used him as Kirk. I'm not sure if that would have even been possible.

Oh, well, that's just wishful thinking on my part.

I hope Vic and Chris got paid well. It'd be nice to think that STO was supporting Trek Continues, even indirect; that show has real promise. If you only watch one episode make it Fairest Of Them All.

Sounds like a good way to lose a license and get STO shut down.

I think she voices the Na'kuhl agent, that poisons Chancellor J'mpok.

Vic Mignogna also had a cameo in the first JJ movie. On the bridge, right before Spock jettisons Kirk if memory serves, he is wearing a gold shirt in a couple seconds of screen time.

It's probably unenforceable, so probably nothing.
