Boffs for Fleet Projects

Anyone have a clue where i get common quality Boffs for fleet project 'station personnel officer on base' from?
tried the dilvendor on esd, just fills candidate roster, same with exchange

    Do you mean DOFFs? I don't think there's any fleet projects requiring BOFFs.

    In that case, you can get them from the exchange, from fleet itself, or by trading higher quality DOFFs in to personnel for lower quality DOFFs.

    As long as the DOFFs aren't bound to you, you can donate them, as long as they're the required DOFF. Whether Eng, Tac, Sci, Med, Civvie, etc. It's a good way to get rid of colonists and prisoners when you just need any common DOFF.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    Unless they broke something the past couple of months, it is the dil vendor on ESD/First City. I finished all of these projects both on FED and KDF back in February/March. Make sure you're buying the correct species.

    1. it is definately Bridge officers and not Duty Officers
    2. ill double check the dilvendor on Esd, but it just filled the candidate roster, then grayed our for everything

    double checked dilvendor on esd, full candidate roster, all catagories at vendor grayed out, guess its a ticket for me then

    Although boff candidates often end up in your inventory, that's not the normal state of things. If your candidate roster is full, you need to make room before you can buy more.

    still cant donate them to the fleet project tho, regardless of state of candidate roster, full or not
