Getting Error 36 in the STO patcher after todays download

After todays patch, my sto patcher is stuck in a loop with the error message. Error 36 a file was locked that could not open for writing. Anyone having same issue or know how to fix it. Thanks

    yes i was untill i reset my pc all is well. i dont know if it as worked for evreyone. hope it works for you and evreyone who is
