Question about the AoY packs

Hey everyone 
OK, I'm getting myself psyched up for the new expansion. In fact I already have a character in mind
My question, if someone already owns some of the items in the packs, like I already own the Connie and mirror TOS uniforms, and the wrap-around tunic, will we be able to still purchase the packs?
I really would like to buy the Temporal Special Agent pack. But I'm hesitant to try.
Any help would be appreciated
